Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to develop tailored therapy strategies and treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring holistic support for each client, addressing their unique needs and enhancing care coordination.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards while documenting progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families in the community who often face barriers to accessing mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Kansas.

Preferred Experience\n
