FSS Staffing is currently hiring a Bilingual Quality Control team member in Vineland, NJ . We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to help ensure products and processes meet company quality and safety standards.
Job Title: Bilingual Quality Control
Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D
Job Responsibilities- Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Monitor production and warehouse processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues or defects.
- Perform routine quality checks and maintain accurate records.
- Follow established quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
- Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and team members.
- Assist with investigating and resolving quality-related issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous quality control, warehouse, production, or inspection experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork and maintain records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule.
