Kitchen Manager - Growing Restaurant Group

Langhorne, PA | $65K - $70K + Bonus + Benefits + Growth Potential

An established and growing restaurant group in Langhorne, PA is seeking a hands-on, high-energy Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Kitchen Manager who thrives in a high-volume, full-service environment and is passionate about food quality, team development, and operational excellence. As the Kitchen Manager, you will take full ownership of all kitchen operations and play a key role in driving consistency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do as Kitchen Manager:

• Lead and mentor a team of 15+ BOH staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching
• Own daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely, high-quality execution and exceptional food standards
• Manage food cost, labor cost, inventory, ordering, and waste control - full P&L responsibility
• Maintain impeccable sanitation, safety, and compliance standards - ServSafe required
• Create and enforce standardized recipes, portion control, and prep systems
• Partner with FOH management and ownership to drive sales, improve efficiency, and execute new menu items
• Oversee equipment maintenance, vendor relationships, and kitchen organization

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of current experience as a Kitchen Manager / AKM / Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant ($2M+ annual volume)
• Proven track record of controlling food cost, labor cost, and reducing waste
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
• Proficiency with inventory management, ordering systems, and scheduling
• Stable work history and a desire to grow long-term with a expanding restaurant group

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 base
