Responsibilities:

• Must be able to safely and effectively work all kitchen positions including, prep, breading, preparing, assembling, and fries.
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen assignments, policies, and procedures.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Adhere to all Chick-fil-A food safety policies and procedures
• Must be able to work in a high volume and face paced environment
• Work safely around all kitchen equipment. Immediately reporting and equipment issues or maintenance needs to Kitchen Director and Store Director
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training.
• Stay up-to-date with any and all policy/procedure changes. Keep up-to-date with new product roll outs from Chick-fil-A
• Complete all opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Oversee a team of 7-10 BOH team members
• Assign positions and breaks during assign shift

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure. Working with a sense of urgency at all time.
• Consistent and reliable
• Must have a positive attitude and be willing to lead by example at all times
• Strongly enjoys serving and helping others. Customer Oriented
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Work well in a team environment. Lead by example
• Experience in the food and beverage industry required.

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts, and weekend availability.
• Monday to Friday, holidays, night shifts, and overtime.
• On-site position only.
