Essential Functions

Process parts orders through the utilization of the Hanel storage system. Package parts/equipment and complete appropriate paperwork. Run orders through UPS or FED-EX Software Generate packing list Coordinate the truck shipments Receive and check all incoming parts Enter parts into the SMILE Database Place parts in Hanel storage system Provide information regarding shipments as requested. Maintain an orderly and organized work area.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Skills & Abilities

MS Office Suite Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Effective communication skills Well-developed organizational skills Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Typical Office and Warehouse environment
