2nd Shift Production Lead – Manufacturing2nd Shift Production Lead – Manufacturing Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM **** Ground floor opportunity!Working Lead | Small Team We are looking for a dependable, hands-on 2nd Shift Production Lead to oversee a small team of two employees while also working alongside them in production. This is not a desk supervisor position. You will be actively involved in production, including mixing drums of liquids and resins, while helping keep the shift safe, productive, and on schedule. Excellent attendance and reliability are extremely important for this position. We need someone who can be counted on to be at work every day and lead by example.What You'll DoLead and work alongside 2 production employeesMix and process liquids, resins, and other raw materialsFollow batch instructions and production requirementsMake sure products meet established quality standardsCoordinate daily production priorities and workflowEnsure required raw materials are available for productionMonitor production and help minimize scrap and wasteEnter and track production information using Oracle or another ERP systemComplete basic production reports and communicate shift resultsFollow all safety and environmental proceduresWear required PPE, including a respiratorAssist with material handling and forklift operation as neededMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient work areaWhat We're Looking ForPrevious lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment3-5 years Hands-on manufacturing experienceExperience with chemical mixing, batch processing, liquids, resins, coatings, adhesives, rubber, plastics, or similar materials is a plusExperience with Oracle or another ERP/manufacturing system preferredBasic computer skills, including Word and ExcelAbility to follow production and quality proceduresForklift experience preferredAbility to bend, lift, stand, and perform hands-on production work throughout the shiftAbility to safely wear a respirator and required PPEStrong communication and organizational skillsExcellent attendance, dependability, and punctuality are requiredSchedule 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM If you are a dependable, hands-on manufacturing professional who enjoys leading a small team while still working on the production floor, we would like to speak with you.Job Id: 30446
