Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Zanesville, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description This position is primarily focused on the Respiratory unit, which accommodates COVID patients. The nurse may also be required to float between various Medical-Surgical units, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders. The role is for a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week. Shift Information Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with every third weekend required. Holiday coverage is also necessary. Qualifications Active BLS certification required Current Ohio RN license required Minimum of 3 years of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience Proficiency in using Epic EMR is mandatory Additional Information Candidates must demonstrate their ability to read Telemetry and will be tested for this skill on the first day of employment. Failure to pass the competency assessment will result in termination. Epic proficiency must also be verified in advance, as refresher classes or one-on-one training sessions are not available.
