The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, effective forecasting, and the protection of member assets. The CFO will also be a key member of the executive team, contributing to strategic decision-making, and will lead budgeting, treasury, liquidity, and investment activities. Ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a high-performance culture through team coaching and guidance are also essential aspects of the position. Applicants for the CFO role at the company should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA or CFA being beneficial. A minimum of 10 years' experience in managing accounting and finance functions, including at least 5 years in senior executive management, is required.
