Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology License (IN SLP)
• Current DOE certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to effectively manage a K-12 caseload and diverse communication needs
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and standardized testing to identify speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting on student progress
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating on goals, accommodations, and service delivery
• Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy
