Job Summary

We are seeking a WFH Sr. CSR (Bilingual Spanish) to support a high-volume remote customer service team assisting healthcare and benefits program members. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a fluent Spanish and English customer service professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering accurate information with care and professionalism.

In this fully remote role, you will support callers with eligibility, enrollment, program questions, and issue resolution while maintaining quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards. The position offers paid training, long-term assignment potential, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in healthcare customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both Spanish and English.
- Assist customers with eligibility, enrollment, disenrollment, and benefits-related program questions.
- Research and resolve customer concerns while providing accurate, professional, and empathetic support.
- Document customer interactions, updates, and transactions accurately in required systems.
- Maintain confidentiality, compliance standards, productivity goals, and quality expectations.
- Support special projects and internal teams as needed in a high-volume contact center environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $17.46 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote work from home position.
- Location: Shreveport, LA.
- Equipment setup is scheduled for 11/24 to 11/25.
- Training begins 11/30.
- Assignment is projected through May 2027, based on business needs.
- Must be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
- Attendance during training is required with no planned time off.
- Paid training is provided.
