Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Take premium payments from customers. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Generating insurance quotes. Work independently and as part of a team. Attend training and continuing education courses. Handle customer renewals. Requirements Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Prior Sales Experience. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. A Property & Casualty insurance license preferred but not required Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
