Now hiring for a HVAC Lead Residential Installer at ALL LOCATIONS: Murrieta, San Marcos, San Diego
Compensation: $DOE
Employment type: Full Time
Overview:
- Have a strong understanding of Residential HVAC installation practices and procedures
- Must have a strong understanding in duct design and CFM flow
- Must have a strong understanding of basic building construction knowledge
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers for payment, system operation, installation concerns, etc.
- Must possess leadership skills and is able to work well with and mentor apprentices on proper installation methods
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 2+ years HVAC experience
- Team player, ability to work with all department leaders and customers
- Strong organization skills
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day
