Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings. Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status—track changes and analyze data. Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens, etc. Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care. Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others. Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care. Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions. Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork. Qualifications Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse). Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
