Job Title: Production Operator - Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay: $16.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Operators to join a growing spring manufacturing facility in Greensboro, NC. This position is responsible for operating equipment used in the production, heat treating, and sand/color blasting of metal springs while maintaining quality standards and adhering to all safety procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, machinery, and production processes.

• Operate heat-treating ovens and related equipment used in the spring manufacturing process.
• Perform sand blasting and color blasting operations according to production specifications.
• Load and unload springs and materials into heat treatment and finishing equipment.
• Monitor production equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Conduct visual inspections of springs and finished products for defects and compliance with quality standards.
• Accurately record production counts, process data, and inspection results.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Support additional production processes as needed to meet manufacturing goals.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely around high-temperature equipment and industrial machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, dust, and noise.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet background screening requirements.
• Must pass a drug screening.

• Experience in metal manufacturing, spring manufacturing, or industrial production environments.
• Experience with heat treating, sand blasting, powder coating, or finishing processes.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
