Additionally, employees can choose from several voluntary benefits including critical illness coverage; accident insurance; identity theft coverage; pet insurance, and more.Duties And ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate familiarity with CI indicators, national-level intelligence requirements, and analytical products, processes, and standardsConduct research and analysis using open-source, classified databases, and Intelligence Community (IC) tools to support tailored briefings, assessments, and answering operational requirementsIdentify and assess intelligence threats through name trace activities and screening and vetting using classified research and IC tools and databasesArticulate foreign intelligence entity (FIE) trends, tradecraft, and activities targeting Department of Defense equitiesProduce and disseminate complex findings concisely and effectively through internal analysis and finished intelligence (FINTEL), in written, oral, and other media formats, to inform decision-makers at organizational levels and/or for broader IC and inter-agency audiencesApply analytical tradecraft consistent with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) 203 and 206 to all product lines, including CI threat assessments, CI notes, intelgraphics, briefing slides, and other requested productsAnswer routine requests for information within designated suspense timelinesSupport internal reviews and QA/QC for team productionSubmit report evaluations to the greater ICMaintain internal databases and records IAW local policyRemain compliant with current policies, regulations, and trainingPerform other relevant duties, as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degreeFive (5) years of experience working with a Federal Government organizationProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsTS/SCI clearance requiredPreferred QualificationsFormal all-source or CI analyst trainingFive (5) years of experience working within the ICExperience with supporting CI missions or organizationsFamiliarity with IC-style writingWorking knowledge of current IC tools and databases (within the last three (3) years)Developed, published, and disseminated national-level FINTEL products (within the last three (3) years)LAUKOA is an Equal Opportunity/VEVRAA federal contractor.
