We're hiring Banker II, III, and Senior CSR/New Accounts Representatives based on your experience level.

If you enjoy helping customers, opening new accounts, cross-selling financial products, and creating exceptional banking experiences, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

✅ Open consumer and business accounts
✅ Help customers choose the right banking products and services
✅ Cross-sell checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and other solutions
✅ Process teller transactions and maintain accurate records
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service in person and by phone
✅ Build and strengthen customer relationships
✅ Support branch growth and sales goals
✅ Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies

What We're Looking For

CSR II

1+ year of banking teller experience
Experience opening consumer accounts preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills

CSR III

2+ years of banking teller experience
Experience opening consumer and business accounts
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance

Senior CSR III

3+ years of banking teller experience
Advanced new accounts experience, including complex business accounts
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong sales, relationship-building, and leadership skills
