About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead and manage the overall operations and programs of its communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing staff recruitment, training, and development. This role requires a strong leader with a minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in a healthcare or related setting, and a background in nursing, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred. The Executive Director will also be tasked with financial oversight, including budget management and accurate financial reporting, as well as fostering positive resident and family relationships and driving strategic initiatives. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field being advantageous. Key skills for this role include strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. The Executive Director will be expected to maintain a positive image of the community, ensure appropriate staffing levels, and uphold the confidentiality of resident care information. Additionally, the role involves public relations, marketing, and promoting the community at the local and state level. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dedicated professional, committed to enhancing the lives of residents and contributing to the company's legacy of success and innovation.
