As a Security Officer Route Patrol in Southaven, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Fri: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sat: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting incidents and communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
