ICU Registered Nurse - 12-Hour Shifts

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day 3x12-Hour Shifts (07:00 - 19:00) with minimum 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period.

Job Description

The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. The position requires a high level of skill in managing patient care and assessing patient needs.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients
Administer medications and manage IV therapy
Monitor and interpret vital signs and lab values
Assist with advanced procedures and emergency interventions
Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, OCN certifications required
Valid Compact RN license must be in hand at submission
Previous charge experience preferred
Experience with Epic charting system is required
