The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Banking Services Operations Associate II on behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Bridgeport, CT , serving individuals, businesses, and communities across the eastern United States. Known for its strong regional presence, commitment to community engagement, and focus on long-term customer relationships, the organization offers a stable and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth.

 

In this role you will be responsible for supporting a variety of banking operations functions, including processing transactions, reviewing and validating documentation, performing research, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve routine inquiries, adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, and help ensure operational accuracy, quality, and risk management standards are met.

• Perform exception processing and research. Assist in resolution of complex issues.
• Interact with vendors to support procedural workflows.
• Interpret legal and banking documents for internal processing.
• Complete all tasks in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support multiple systems, business areas, and product lines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and management on procedural matters.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

 

 

Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience (office, operations, or administrative roles).
