Onsite Operations Coordinator

Cortica is looking for an Operations Administrator to join its growing team!

• As the Operations Administrator, you will represent Cortica as patients and families enter the clinic.
• In our fast-growing company, your role involves daily operational tasks crucial for clinic support, requiring excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Your compassion, attention to detail, and dedication to making a difference will contribute to successful outcomes.

What will you do?

• Support site operations including but not limited to open/close procedures; facility maintenance; and inventory, equipment, and furniture management.

• Complete administrative tasks such as greeting families and clients, client check- in/check-out, collecting copays, assisting with appointment scheduling, and document management.

• Interface with facility vendors and monitor inventory for necessary supplies.

• Oversee clerical procedures at the front desk, and handle communication effectively.

• Work closely with the Site Operations Manager and schedulers to identify and correct problems relating to same-day scheduling backfills, cancellations, scheduling conflicts, and EMR errors/fixes.

• Assist with onboarding of new hires and orientation.

• Appropriately communicate and escalate issues to authority.

• Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness, and provide therapist support as needed during treatment and/or transitions.

• Ensure a safe working environment including removal of safety hazards and following clinic safety protocols.

• Cross-train with other roles to ensure coverage of clinic operations.

We'd love to hear from you if:

• You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You have 1+ years of office experience, preferably in healthcare.

Your Compensation & Benefits

• $2,000 continuing education stipend.
• Receive competitive compensation, $21.17/hr to $26.47/hr ,depending on experience.
