Tax Consultant

You'll work alongside a collaborative team of Financial Advisors serving successful business owners, executives, and high net worth families. Unlike traditional firms where you're expected to find your own clients, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own tax planning practice with an established client base already in place. Many of the firm's clients are actively seeking in-house tax planning services, creating an exceptional opportunity to build long-term relationships from day one. What You'll Do Prepare and review individual, trust, estate, partnership, and business tax returns. Develop proactive tax planning strategies for high net worth individuals, executives, and business owners. Partner with Financial Advisors to integrate tax planning into comprehensive wealth management strategies. Advise clients on retirement planning, tax-efficient income strategies, and wealth transfer planning. Discuss the tax implications of investment decisions and broader financial planning concepts. Build lasting client relationships while growing your own book of business through referrals from the firm's existing client base. Stay current on tax legislation and identify planning opportunities throughout the year. What We're Looking For CPA required. 5+ years of tax planning and tax preparation experience. Experience working with high net worth individuals, business owners, and executives. Strong knowledge of individual, trust, estate, partnership, and business tax returns. Ability to confidently discuss investment strategies, retirement planning, and wealth management concepts from a tax perspective. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building trusted client relationships. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax topics in a client-friendly manner.
