salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Role Requirements:

- Previous experience in Quality inspections

- Visual Inspection Skills under microscope or inspection tools to verify that a product is free of defects before installation in the next level of assembly or final distribution to the customer.

- Hands-on experience with common inspection tools such as:

- Micrometers, calipers, Multimeter.

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

- Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Experience in use of and/or programming of automated inspection tools, such as vision            inspection systems.

- Experience working in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent (two years of college preferred), 

- Three to five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment as a quality control inspector/technician.

Physical Requirements:

Mobility and Dexterity

• Standing and Walking: Must have the ability to stand, walk, and stand for long periods of time on concrete or hard factory floors.
• Navigating the Floor: Must be occasionally required to... stoop, kneel, crouch to inspect equipment or parts.
• Reaching and Handling: Ability to use hands and fingers to manipulate controls, handle tools, and navigate technical schematics or CAD station interfaces.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 60lbs
• standing for 4 hours at one time
