Responsibilities Support the design and rollout of content and creator policies and programs based on data insights and operational needs Assist in analyzing ecosystem risks and trends, building measurement mechanisms and mitigation signals to support platform integrity Collaborate with country teams to localize and implement global go-to-market strategies for new policies or workflows Coordinate cross-functional project plans and help drive execution across engineering, moderation, product, and operations teams Participate in defining success metrics and building dashboards to monitor ecosystem health and policy compliance Help manage escalations, communication, and reporting related to creator governance issues Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Smooth communication across LATAM region Strong Analytical Skills – Comfortable working with data to uncover insights and drive decisions.
