Join a collaborative and growth-oriented organization committed to making a difference in the communities we serve.$70,000 - $90,000 (Higher pay may be considered based on qualifications and experience)SummaryConduct regular meetings with respective department/facility leadershipWork with leadership and staff to implement effective transitions including the separation and exit interview processConsult with management providing human resource guidance when appropriate to ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently appliedProvide performance management guidance to leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retentionIdentify training needs for department/facility(ies) and individual leadership coachingProvide oversight of talent acquisition and onboarding process.
