Responsibilities and Leadership Report to the Director of Perioperative Services, collaborate daily with the Anesthesia Medical Director and OR leadership, and receive support from clinical educators, charge RNs, unit champions, and informatics partners. Manage clinical operations, throughput, staffing and scheduling, budgeting, and KPI performance (quality, safety, patient experience). Optimize policy and protocol, ensure accreditation readiness, and implement continuous improvement using evidence-based practice. Champion a just culture across a multidisciplinary team—including nurses, APPs, anesthesia clinicians, surgeons, PT/OT, pharmacy, case management, and social work—to support learning, psychological safety, and shared governance.
