As the Recovery Room Nurse Manager, responsibilities span clinical operations, throughput, staffing and scheduling, budgeting, KPI performance (quality, safety, patient experience), policy and protocol optimization, accreditation readiness, and continuous improvement using evidence-based practice; a Short Stay Nurse Manager will find the team friendly, collaborative, and diversenurses, APPs, anesthesia clinicians, surgeons, PT/OT, pharmacy, case management, and social work engage seamlessly to create a Just Culture that supports learning, psychological safety, and shared governance.
