Housekeeping Supervisor

The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: • Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs. • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property. • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience.
