Healthcare Regulatory Associate

Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a healthcare regulatory associate for its Houston office. Candidate must have at least 3-5 years prior experience, with law firm experience preferred, and a strong grounding in healthcare regulatory matters, including the laws and regulations relating to healthcare providers, administrative litigation, payor disputes, and investigations. Further, the candidate must have a demonstrated ability to interface with clients, and generally strong communication skills. Candidates should have strong writing skills, exhibit close attention to detail, and be hardworking. Immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background with excellent drafting skills are also essential. This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a highly experienced healthcare team, including partners, senior counsel, and associates, with a long history of collaboration and client service excellence.
