Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-senior level associate to join its Health Care Practice Group in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will support the Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team, bringing 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience, with up to 8 years considered. Duties Provide legal support to health care-focused clients. Draft sophisticated legal documents and manage complex matters. Collaborate with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. Mentor junior associates and engage with senior partners. Requirements 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience. Experience with health innovation, telemedicine, and digital health. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. AmLaw 100 experience preferred but not required. Education JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted. Skills Strong drafting and communication skills.
