VP, Head of Nursing

Masimo, a Danaher medical technology company, seeks a VP Head of Nursing to serve as senior clinical strategist and executive voice for nursing within the organization. This role bridges healthcare providers, nursing leadership, product innovation, and commercial teams to drive awareness and adoption of medical device solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as executive nursing voice and clinical strategist within the organization
- Partner with leadership to identify market opportunities and healthcare trends affecting nursing practice
- Provide strategic guidance on clinical application and market positioning of technology portfolio
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align solutions with clinical workflows
- Develop strategies with sales and marketing teams to increase awareness and adoption of medical devices
Requirements
- 15+ years of nursing practice experience
- 10+ years of nursing leadership and hospital operations experience
- C-level relationship management experience
- Documented achievements in workflow analysis, design, and improvement
- Proven track record in team mentoring and leadership
- Active RN licensure preferred
- Medical device or healthcare technology industry experience preferred
Compensation: $270,000-$300,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligible
