Your Responsibilities

• Executing thorough patient assessments, managing diagnostic evaluations, and crafting personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues collaboratively with physicians or independently depending on your credentials
• Providing education to patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and ongoing disease management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies according to your practice guidelines

Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Credentials

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Oklahoma
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to meet this requirement within 90 days)
