Position Requirements - What You Need to Know Before Applying

• Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week).
  
• Shift Availability: Shifts may begin as early as 7:30 AM and may end as late as 5:30 PM. You must be available to work shifts within this range.
  
• Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to travel locally to our satellite offices around the I-270. Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible midday travel.
  

What You'll Do

As an LPN at COUG, you'll be a cornerstone of our clinical team - where your skills, dedication, and compassion directly impact patient care and outcomes.

Your role will include:

• Managing provider schedules and directing patient flow
  
• Handling the medication/script line and routing messages as needed
  
• Preparing rooms and assisting providers during in-office procedures
  
• Educating patients and answering questions within your scope of practice
  
• Reporting any adverse medication events to providers
  
• Contributing to the daily success of the clinic through teamwork and initiative

What You Bring

• Current LPN license in the State of Ohio ( required )
  
• 1+ year of LPN experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
  
• Experience in urology or a surgical specialty is a plus
  
• Valid driver's license ( required )
  
• An innate ability to think critically, act decisively, and maintain calm focus in a fast-paced environment
