GU, Hematology, and Sarcoma exam clinics located in building with providers on-site. Lab, blood bank, and pharmacy located in building. Charge nurse out of staffing and average of 2 nurses out of staffing and available to help nurses on the unit. Nurses will care for 6-7 patients per shift with only 3 patients at a given time. Special Equipment : - #Tier4 Travel Compliance There is a strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start no exceptions. Travelers who are extreme distances from Ohio will be mailed a fingerprinting packet, which is to be completed urgently upon receipt. RTO required with submission, must be built into contract Locals are accepted at the same rate Reference Requirements: 2 professional references are required.
