About the Position

License: Valid state RN license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI required. Must-Have: Experience in a Level I Trauma Center, stroke-certified, and STEMI-certified facility preferred. Comfortable with triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, emergency medications, procedural sedation, ventilated patients, trauma, psych holds, and pediatric emergency care. Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room. The position requires knowledge and skills in managing critically ill patients. Experience in a high-volume emergency department is vital. The nurse will provide comprehensive care to patients in need of urgent attention. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities include triage, patient assessment, and collaboration with the healthcare team. The nurse will utilize electronic documentation systems. Positive attitude and teamwork are necessary for a dynamic work environment. Weekends and holiday shifts are required. This role involves the management of diverse patient populations across all age groups.
