Outbound SDR Opportunity at Creatify

Creatify is building the world's first end-to-end AI advertising agenta platform that automates the entire video ad lifecycle, from scripting and avatar-led generation to testing, optimization, and publishing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

We're hiring our first dedicated Outbound SDR to build and own the top of our sales funnel. Until now, we've outsourced this function to an agency we're bringing it in-house because we believe the right person, deeply embedded in our team and product, will unlock a level of quality and consistency no agency can match.

You'll be the tip of the spear researching target accounts, crafting personalized outreach, and booking qualified meetings for our AE team. This is a high-ownership role with a direct path to AE for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Own outbound prospecting across target verticals mobile gaming, agencies, e-commerce/DTC, and enterprise SaaS.
• Write and execute multi-touch outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, cold call) tailored to each persona and vertical
• Build and manage prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
• Inbound Qualification: Qualify inbound interest when relevant and route to the right Account Executive.
• Collaboration: Work closely with AEs and the Head of Sales to refine messaging, surface objections, and improve conversion rates.
• Reporting: Track and report on weekly KPIs outreach volume (emails sent / calls made), reply rates, meetings booked, and show rates.
• Process Optimization: Participate in developing scalable processes for outreach, follow-up, and lead management as we build the outbound motion from the ground up.

Who You Are

• 13 years of outbound sales or SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-velocity B2B environment
• Genuinely curious about AI, creative technology, and performance marketing you want to understand what you're selling
• Strong written communicator: you can personalize at scale without sounding like a template
• Comfortable with rejection and energized by the hunt you treat 'no' as a data point, not a dead end
• Organized and self-directed: you manage your own pipeline, own your numbers, and hit deadlines
• Familiar with sales processes, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques
• Proactive and resourceful you identify patterns, flag issues, and propose solutions without being asked
• Preferred: experience selling into mobile gaming, agencies, or performance marketing teams
