This role will care for inpatients, outpatients, swing bed patients, and those in the Emergency Room, ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of care. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in the ER, inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed settings. Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient care accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in an ER or similar setting. Current RN license in the state of Montana.
