Fitness Coordinator

Overview Monarch Landing is recruiting for a hospitality-focused, part-time (24 hours/week) Fitness Coordinator. Hours are Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 8:00am-4:30pm. This role offers the opportunity to work with residents in a health- and fitness-focused environment. Responsibilities Develop & teach fitness programs utilizing our Aquatic & Fitness Centers Schedule and oversee Fitness Instructors Perform fitness assessments and equipment orientations Qualifications Associate\'s degree in Health Education/PE or a related field required; Bachelor\'s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years related experience required, preferably in designing, implementing, and coordinating fitness programs for seniors. Group exercise instructor certification, CPR/AED certification, and First Aid certification required.
