Monarch Landing is recruiting for a hospitality‑focused, part‑time (24 hours/week), Fitness Coordinator to join our team! Hours are Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 8:00am‑4:30pm. Responsibilities Develop & teach fitness programs utilizing our Aquatic & Fitness Centers Schedule and oversee Fitness Instructors Perform fitness assessments and equipment orientations Qualifications Associate's degree in Health Education/PE or a related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years related experience required, preferably in designing, implementing, and coordinating fitness programs for seniors. Group exercise instructor certification, CPR/AED certification, and First Aid certification required.
