As a Software Engineering Manager within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Denver, CO or Dallas, TX. We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead and support software development teams within our retail line of business. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day development activities, ensuring projects stay on track, and driving timely resolution of issues. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with multiple development teams, foster cross-team engagement, and provide strong people leadership. You will guide technical direction and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing software development teams
• Background in Java development
• Experience with Salesforce (including Salesforce UI development) is a plus
• Ability to coordinate across teams and drive alignment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

In this role, you will lead teams, ensure delivery progress, resolve challenges, and help drive successful outcomes across retail-focused technology initiatives.
