Description Fox Rothschild has an opening for a mid-level or senior associate with experience in mid-market M&A ($25 million to $500 million in deal value) and venture capital. This is substantive, client-facing work: the ideal candidate will have significant exposure to sophisticated deal structures, direct client contact, and the opportunity to shape transactions. We are looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of corporate and transactional experience and working knowledge of corporate and partnership taxation concepts. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, the District of Columbia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, or Massachusetts.
