Desktop Support Specialist

Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a 3-6 month contract position located in the New Albany, OH area. The position will be located onsite 5 days a week in the New Albany office. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users Ability to analyze logs within multiple Microsoft applications to resolve user issues Hardware and software support Qualifications: 3+ years of MS Windows desktop operating system deployment experience required. Experience working with Entra ID Experience with hardware, asset management and imaging new computers Experience in using ITSM systems like ServiceNow is a plus.
