GENERAL JOB DUTIES FOR ALL STORE TEAM MEMBERS

Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler Prepare product Receive and process telephone orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility approximately daily Training, orientation and on‑the‑job learning provided

COMMUNICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Clear written instructions Verbal communication with customers and coworkers for orders by phone and in person Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division accurately and quickly (calculator may be used) Correct monetary change Verbal, written and telephone skills for orders Motor coordination between hands and fingers for precision and speed Typing or touch‑screen use for order entry Map reading and address location within delivery area; navigation in adverse terrain

WORK CONDITIONS

Employees may be exposed to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to above 90°F in some areas. Exposure may include sudden temperature changes, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and the need to work under stress while meeting strict quality control standards.
