Support Technician

Client is seeking a reliable Technical Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues for their customers while responding daily to emergency and non-standard calls within set response times. You will perform software installations, remote system maintenance, and diagnostic checks, while keeping accurate records of all support calls and resolutions in our online ticketing system. When needed, you will escalate complex issues to engineering support or assign them for on-site service.

You will also manage day-to-day system and network administration by installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and network systems, including LANs, WANs, and Wi-Fi. Your responsibilities include handling data backup and recovery procedures to ensure the secure storage and total integrity of company information.

To ensure smooth operations, you will create and update vital technical documentation, such as user guides and IT procedures for internal and external use. During slow periods or downtime, you will actively assist with customer care and other assigned operational duties.

This role requires occasional site travel to support larger installation projects and ensure client systems function properly. You must possess strong problem-solving skills, work well under pressure, and maintain clear communication with clients and team members at all times. Job 59345
