IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring data security. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware and software issues. Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct regular system maintenance and updates. Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems. Maintain detailed records of technical support activities and findings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of IT support experience. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and applications. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of data security protocols and compliance standards. Problem-solving: Ability to identify problems quickly and implement effective solutions. Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to new challenges and changes in project scope or regulations.
