Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to 'own' the administrative and financial lifecycle of major commercial builds. Technical & Systems Requirements

• Vertical Wood-Frame Expertise: Proven lead on $20M+ Type III and Type V multi-family or branded hotel projects. Deep knowledge of wood-frame structures, fire ratings, and MEP coordination.
• Lifecycle Command: Full ownership from site work to final handover.
• Advanced Scheduling (P6): Master-level Primavera P6 (or equivalent) user capable of building, logic-linking, and optimizing complex CPM schedules.
• Procore Hub: Expert management of RFIs, Submittals, Change Events, and Daily Logs.

Responsibilities

• Full administrative lifecycle management of commercial construction projects from kickoff to punch list and close-out
• Budget tracking, job cost management, and protection of project margin
• Oversight of RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and schedule of values
• Running OAC (Owner Architect Contractor) meetings
• Reading plans, specs, and scopes to identify gaps before they become costly issues
• Daily coordination with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
• Holding subcontractors accountable to schedule and scope
• Clear communication with clients and internal leadership on progress and issues
• Maintaining project schedules using tools such as Procore, P6, Primavera, or similar PM software
