Overview Location: Tampa, FL – Candidates must be based in the Tampa metro area Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role East 57th Street Partners is proud to partner with a rapidly growing healthcare services organization based in Tampa, Florida, to identify a strategic and execution-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a critical leadership position for a company poised for significant national expansion and operational scale. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading all financial functions and driving the business’s next phase of growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term growth and profitability objectives Oversee all core finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, capital allocation, and risk mitigation Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team capable of supporting a dynamic and scaling business Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, offering financial insights that drive informed decision-making Manage banking relationships, investor communications, and third-party partnerships, including auditors and tax advisors Ensure timely and accurate reporting, including internal dashboards, board reporting, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance accuracy, transparency, and efficiency Maintain compliance with all applicable financial, regulatory, and tax reporting standards Support strategic initiatives including M&A , capital raising, and new business ventures Qualifications Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a growth-oriented, multi-entity environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CPA/CMA strongly preferred Strong background in financial strategy, operational finance, and business planning Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management Demonstrated experience leading teams, building infrastructure, and scaling financial operations Track record of success in managing investor relations, fundraising, and institutional relationships Experience implementing and optimizing financial systems and technologies Must be based in the Tampa metro area and able to operate in a flexible on-site/hybrid capacity Competitive base salary with a performance-based bonus structure Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with employer contributions Generous PTO and flexible work arrangements Opportunity to work alongside a visionary CEO and leadership team in a fast-moving, high-impact organization #J-18808-Ljbffr East 57th Street Partners
