At FunXional Behavior Analysis, we are passionate about providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to families across the Las Vegas valley. We specialize in working with children in the foster care community, but we proudly serve all families with Medicaid. What You’ll Do As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children in their homes. Your work will directly impact their development and create positive outcomes for the entire family. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Teach and reinforce essential skills, including communication, social, and daily living skills. Collect and record data to monitor progress and ensure treatment effectiveness. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the FunXional Behavior team to support each child’s success. Maintain a positive, professional, and nurturing environment for the children you work with. What We’re Looking For Experience: Ideally, you have at least 6 months of experience working with children or in a related field. Certification: BACB certification is required. Skills: Strong communication, patience, accountability, and the ability to connect with children and families. Mindset: A commitment to learning, growing, and providing exceptional care.
