Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Lovingly Behavioral Wellness (LBW) is seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This position provides direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Applicants must already possess BOTH an active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and an active Nevada RBT license at the time of application. Candidates who do not currently hold both credentials will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, and community settings as assigned

• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs

• Assist clients in developing communication, social, adaptive living, self-help, play, and behavioral skills

• Follow all treatment protocols with fidelity

• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members

• Complete daily session notes and documentation accurately and on time

• Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development

• Maintain compliance with BACB, Nevada ABA Board, HIPAA, Medicaid, and company requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Active Nevada Registered Behavior Technician License

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Ability to pass background screening requirements

• Current CPR/BLS Certification or ability to obtain upon hire

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to actively engage with clients throughout sessions, including standing, sitting on the floor, running, lifting, and responding to behavioral situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Experience providing services in clinic, school, home, and community settings
