Compensation

Base pay starting at $90,000/yr. The pay listed for this position may vary based on experience. Compensation decisions are contingent on the facts and conditions for each job opening. We take into consideration the minimum requirements outlined in the job description, such as, training and experience, the position's work location, required travel (if any), and external market conditions when determining the final salary for potential new hires. Job Duties

The Senior HR Business Partner operates as a strategic advisor, change leader & business operator. This role will work with function leaders & managers to translate business priorities into workforce strategy that drives results. They will work to support the associate experience & strengthen leadership engagement & capabilities.

• Business Acumen & Operational Partnership: Understand how the business operates & proactively connect workforce strategies to real outcomes that matter
• Organizational Development: Help shape how our organization aligns structure, talent and capabilities
• Change Leadership: Guide leaders & teams through change with clarity & confidence, help them adopt & sustain new ways of working
• Data-Driven Insight: Leverage data to tell our story, uncover insights & drive informed decisions to improve performance
• Leadership Coaching: Invest in leaders, challenge support & develop them to lead with greater impact & accountability
• Employee Relations & Culture: Navigate complex situations thoughtfully, helping maintain a culture where associates feel respected, heard & engaged.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Build strong partnerships across the organization, drive alignment & progress in a collaborative environment

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• 3-5 years of experience as a high-level HR business partner
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills, identifying necessary data impact
• Experience influencing leaders & driving workforce planning or organizational design initiatives
• Ability to support transformation & organizational change
